This July 4th, Keystone is celebrating our nation’s birthday with flare. Start the day with a kids’ fishing derby at the Keystone Lake, don’t forget to bring your pole. Then head to River Run for our annual bike parade. Bring your bike, tricycle, or wagon to decorate. Stick around for some major celebrating, complete with music, food, beverages, bounce houses, kids crafts, face painting, and wacky entertainment. Round out the day with an exciting fireworks display over the lake.

The fun of Friday Afternoon Club continues into the summer with FREE gondola rides from 3pm - 7pm every Friday. Enjoy live music while taking in the majestic scenery from the deck of the Summit House and chow down on some delicious BBQ. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from our outdoor grill and BBQ. $2 off any well liquor after 4pm. Not to mention amazing views above 11,000 feet!

Come enjoy all of the summer activities Keystone has to offer like mountain biking or a round of golf and stay for a FREE concert in the River Run Village. On Friday mornings at the Quaking Aspen Amphitheater, Keystone's River Run Village hosts the Red Cape. Little Red Riding Hood's red cape is the envy of the entire Kingdom. And the Big Bad Wolf will stop at nothing to get his claws on it. But when the Three Little Pigs, Cinderella, and several other fairy tale favorites join forces for an epic game of Capture the Cape, only the cape itself knows who its true owner should be.

Everyone wins with a Free Fishing Derby for kids 13 & under in Lakeside Village. Bring the whole family to cheer & enjoy a beautiful morning on the lake with raffle prizes, BBQ & live music following the event. No barb, no bait. Registration starts at 8 am, Derby begins at 9 am.
