ResortQuest guests check in at High Pointe Resort, which is located on Scenic Highway 30A in Beaches of South Walton. You can use the Google Map at the right to get driving directions from your specific location.

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, all units may not be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3:00-5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

Front Desk Hours of Operation

The ResortQuest High Pointe Front Desk hours vary by season and are subject to change. ResortQuest guests have the convenience of picking up their unit key from a secure after-hours lock box and the support of our 24-hour customer support team. Additional information will be provided on your confirmation statement.

Parking - High Pointe provides each vacation rental with two free outdoor parking spaces. Due to limited space, boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are not allowed.
